SCORCHER is a mighty fine mix featuring heaps of fresh tunage. starts off with some commercial remixes then hits up some electro bombs before some gritty stuff in the middle. then some funky stuff towards the end from the usual suspects.

takes me a week or two to collate and finalize the tracks that i want to use, then 80mins to mix the c***. sometimes i have to re-do the mix if its not perfect though. splitting up the cue file and putting it up on my site with the proper write up and s*** takes about an hour too. so yeah, bit of effort but i hope y'all dig it

define gym mix.. pretty much all my mixes are upbeat and will keep you pumpin. heaps of peeps i know already use them at the gym, and i've also been told that numerous gyms around the place and even in sydney have been cranking my s*** for ages. f***ers better give me props.

i've been all over mininova, demonoid (before it got shut down) and the torrent scene for ages. just do a search for strex in any engine.
i dont usually use the DJ prefix except for certain situations where i deem necessary. most of the time its just strex.. thats how the files and ID3s are all done.

just listened to jaded, very nice electro mix mate - technically it was solid as, what did you mix it on?

the last 3-4 mixes have all been done on my 1200 turntables. so thats why there has been a noticeable improvement in my mixes and quality. i am getting a mate to teach me ableton soon, so i will be making insano mixes and my own remixes then :D
