Anyone ever purchased anything from this company before? They want payment upfront without goods received ... just sounds too dodgy. What's everyone else think. We talking about $26k here as well.

Personally I wouldn't risk 26,000 over the internet. It'd be worth the 200-800 dollar air faire to fly to them just for peice of mind.
What are you buying? Get them to COD mail it via Australia post. (Actually there might be a limit)

Never give out the cash online without at least receiving and checking over the goods first.

Sorting it out now. Going to receive the goods first before payment. Besides I work for the government so they should accept the fact that we require goods first before payment.
