Figured it takes your overall score, since his accuracy and speed suck balls there isn't a way he got that high in a single day.

i normally have 75-80% speed and 80-85% accuracy. first few games were a bit shakey, but after a bit, i was hitting over 40k per game consistantly. i dont understand how he managed a high score even over 10 games since his accuracy and speed are both pretty s***.. me thinks there is a bug somewhere..

You only lose 250 points per miss, it's not that big of a deal as letting the targets disappear completely.

I have yet to try the 800x600 res, but it was all fine and dandy at 1680x1050.

Strex you should make a few more people admins of the team if possible so we can constantly be signing people up every time they post here. That way we can also get other mates who aren't on QGL to join the QGL team!

You must of had a blinder, averaged 40K for my 10 games (last one I had a stinker by missing a target 3 times :() and I'm only like 2K ahead of you.

I was averaging 42 - 42.5k...
with usually 1-2 stupid misses on the lame distant ones. (so 43k odd without the misses :/)

Man, I got a 44K score and I get the some bs error of it saying it was invalid.

It bloody counted that game but not the score. All scores for each game were 42-43K, yet I'm behind you by over 16K.

I should be ahead of you by over 28K :(.

If you know where the guy standing behind is you can shoot through guys you've already shot.

What's with the different scores? You're below me in the QGL team yet above in top 100 hitmen.

Lets get more players recruited on our team because if you have the biggest team everyone wins a double pass to hitman.

We also all win if our team has the highest score which it looks like we will.

I was wondering why I managed to close the distance by 5K in just one day.

The flash does seem bugged though. I played a couple of times, all fine and dandy, then played a couple more games to find it said my score was not submitted as I wasn't logged on. Sort of was a blessing in disguise though, while I had 2 good games of high 43K, I had a stinker of two low 41K afterwards till I realised.

Whenever I go back there, It tells me I'm logged in when I'm not.

So just log out and back in again.

Also, woot in the top 10 now ^_^

FYI, The Tribal Killer guys have increased numbers, and are climbing.

As said above, when yo go back to the site, logout and log back in, i have done that every time and its always counting.

i havent played todays turns yet.. i expect to slot in just behind you step after i pley... i find i can average around 42k per game pretty constantly.. highest was 44.6 so far. unfortunately there are going to be days where i have to play from my laptop.. i can only manage around 40k average on it (crappy mouse) so its gonna hurt me overall, but should still be able to hold top 10 spot for my free ipod :P

I've been playing it for a while now (since before the remaining days change) but stupidly made my own team, ofcourse you can't leave but rank 40 ain't bad lol. Yeah I noticed that last night, I am fairly sure the 200 limit wasn't there originally when I first signed up though.

If memory serves at the very start there was only a list of Top 10 Hitmen and that was it, now it shows the top 100. I think the game has been much more popular than they originally expected and upgraded it to suit.

Whirlpool look to have a lot of decent players... we need to keep up the pace otherwise I think it's gonna be close by the end.

i suggest we spread the word a bit more.. im gonna get my brothers and friends playing it and tell them to sign up for QGL.. What the whirlpool guys might have missed out on due to time, they will be able to make up for in numbers VERY quickly.. even if they only have an extra 30 average (35k) players, thats gaining 10 million points on us a day..

For me the crosshair does not move like the cursor in windows, it feels sluggish in game to me.

Especially the sniper zoom, it moves around in chunks on my screen and I find it incredibly hard to be accurate quickly with it.

From the looks of that clip it was nice and fast and smooth :S


I wonder if it has anything to do with flash rendering differently between XP/Vista I don't have a dual boot anymore otherwise I'd give it a shot.

Yeah, watch around 0:20 seconds mark.
Keep hitting back a bit so it replays over and over.
The f***in thing is zoomed sqaure on the red dot before the target has even popped up fully.
Nobody is that accurate, that fast and has those sort of reaction times that consistently.

I found the same thing, thismorning I accidentally right-clicked on the flash and the windows pointer stayed on screen after that, so I kept doing that at the start of each round. Maybe give it a try?

You can see the average human gamer reaction time by looking at the top 10 as over time they have all started to converge closer together.

~90 accuracy
~60-70 speed

seems to be about the norm

One other thing of interest I just noticed in the terms and conditions for ITM, so theres probably quite a lot of players in the entire comp that are invalid.

Like I said, whirlpool will probably experience a drop off too, so don't be intimidated by their increasing score and KEEP FKN PLAYING!!

QGL was 180,598969 at 4.30pm and Whirlpool were just on 90,000000ish. We were more than double their score, so they have gone up a lot in a few hours.

When it says 1 game remaining and i play it it says score not submitted no games remaining.

THat has happened to me only the last two times I've played. As much of a hassle as it is, maybe log out then in again before you play your last few games and see if that helps? At one stage I was logged in, played a game and then it said that I wasn't logged in so my score wasn't submitted even though it had all my details on screen...

It is entirely possible for the first few games he had no idea missing was bad so just spammed the f*** out of it, few games at 0% would really make it hard to get the average back up. Still you'd think it would be at least a few percent... smells of dodgy alright.

But these are people with upwards of 1mil points.. that's over 30 games...

Depz has the 0% bug, it looks to be something dodgy at the server end. If he were cheating, I wouldn't have made up some ground.

There are occasions that it will say your score was not submitted but in turn it was. Though the annoying occurrences of it not submitting it at all is the part that's painful, it almost made me want to stop playing outright.

blinder.
Must have been from playing some TF2 sniping and re-honing my precision skills.
Got 2 games over 44k near 45k. Was like 94% accuracy at something like 78% speed for those games to get that score.
Had one s***house 39k one though :<

It just comes down to forum size, they have a much higher population than we do here so its just sheer brute force.

Theres nothing that can be done, except everyone from QGL in the top 10 keep plugging away because 99% of the whirlpool team joined too late to be able to catch up.

If only we could join forces with some other largeish forum... Anyone got any ideas?

Boy did I have a shocker tonight, missed 9 targets tonight, got foiled by the big sign popping over a target right bight 3 times and lastly missed 3 targets all together. So much for trying to catch you Depz.

One thing I haven't been game to test out is if they now add the 10 games per day to your total if you miss a day. If they do, this is where they could be coming from.

120k above me and wasn't even in the top 10 yesterday (and I just did my games with mostly 43-44k and one crappy 39k)....

This comp is so fkn rigged.

He'll catch and surpass depz at his stats/magical score. by the end of the comp.

Accuracy plays a big part in the score, more so than speed.

So in one lot of ten games at least two people there averaged around 50k+ per game> yer right.
Cause that's how far (if not more) they were behind me when I had did the last set.

Taken today straight after I did my 'last set' . i.e. today, scores can be seen.

Scores not congruent, whoever was in #11 at least got what... 60k per game.

Pigsy jumped up a total of 556, 625 points... divide that by ten that's
55, 662 points per game.......

Hopefully they'll get removed like all the other twatbags that tried haxing.

I smashed it today had a 43k and 44k round and the rest were all at least 41k, sooo close to catching you Loki :P

Going by all the players we know to be legit in the top 10 it looks like the average human gamer reactions are ~90 accuracy and 65-75 speed.

Speed I think has a lot to do with your native windows mouse sensitivity, I personally run a low sens so anyone who naturally prefers a higher speed sens would obviously have an advantage over me. Looks like step and depz both do :)


There are 3 players currently in the top 10 that going off averages they should not be there. Looks like they have suddenly pulled a whole s***load of massive scores at the end of the comp.

Ummm hello... but I take offence at that.. I have religiously been playing my games.. some of my earlier scores came up as not submitted.. I am old and don't know enough about computers to even know how to hack anything. So James maybe you should apologise..

If it isn't hax then something must have f***ed up with the scores registering correctly.

lawls after checking all 3 in question are part of the QGL team too :) It is highly likely its just bugged score submissions probably been credited some games twice. The game has been buggy as s*** the entire way through.
