This is super exciting news.
As I said in a previous thread, check out the Mighty Boosh Live (at Brixton Academy) and the Complete Radio Shows on which the TV series is largely based.

I also procured a live radio thing they did on the UK show Breezeblock, a show reserved primarily for electronic music. Although it does tend to get a bit loose, their improv stuff is classic fare for fans of the show.

I have to wait till I get home to watch this clip, but as previously mentioned the prospect of a 3rd season is tickling my balls.

No, that would be your dog licking off the dead skin.

Never seen this show, maybe I should do myself a favour.

The Mighty Boosh

Yeah it's sorta hard to describe, given that a lot of it is improvised etc. and there is nothing else really like it.
Elements of Monty Python with heaps of pop culture references and fast smart dialogue cut with retarded plots and deliberately lame supporting characters.

It's one of those shows you either get or you don't, and I can understand people not liking it due to the 'silliness' of a lot of the plots and characters etc but something about it gets me every time.

I think it's the in jokes and the banter, the quick witted duo who play the lead roles seem to feed off each other so well and rarely back each other into a comedy corner. It's almost like watching two comedians trying to constantly outdo each other, albeit in a good-natured rivalry kind of way. I think that is what gets me about this show; the feeling that at any moment the whole thing could collapse but they plow on regardless and make it funny at the same time.

It grows on you too.

^ Vegetable is spot on.

If you boosh fans havent seen the 'live dvd' you should definatley check it out. They were originally a stage show. Its pretty funny :)

This stuff isn't even in the same league as Monty Python. Those videos were garbage.
