Lol, something tells me that Steam has a problem with data redundancy. Are you sure? The SteamApps folder has archives that are just of sounds, materials and models, presumably ones that are shared between the various games. I could be wrong, but I was under the impression that they avoided redundancy pretty well. Most of the individual games aren't all that huge on their own, you just generally have a lot of games in that one folder. |
