Hullo there people... I currently sit in Shannon Airport in the south west of ireland.. my plan is delayed back to dublin by about 10 or 11 hours and im currently surrounded by marines who are flying somewhere else to kill towelheads... A couple of things to note, budget airlines are that.. budget.. they've run out of planes or some other lame excuse and the great majority of this division of the Airbourne (they won't give me any numbers or batallion names or whatever, lets call them the Ninja Dragons) are really, really young... apart from a few 'chiefs' who must be running the show i've only seen 1 or 2 guys older then 24-25... and the chicks are all super young aswell

So for my trouble i get strange looks from very f***ing toey americans(if i pull out the camera they all go wandering away!), i miss england v tonga and at this rate i'll be back in london after the majority of the public transport has been shut for the day..

and its cold..

welllllll... i made it out of the airport without getting kidnapped by the americans.. did find out they were travelling to katowice in poland to get tooled up for a flight into downtown baghdad for 6 months of mayhem (most likely extended to 10 given the state of affairs..), most were proud to be serving their country and being realistic about it they figured it was their job and this was one of the only real ways they could 'do it'.
