I did drama with 'the director' in this years ago. We became mates after one morning in drama class (I think it was 8am on a Wednesday) we got paired up for an exercise and when discussing it I noticed that he smelt a lot like beer. I just got in contact with him again recently.

Obviously has some appeal to someone cos it won something. And it is very slick.
But "humourwise" it didn't do anything for me. Not even a chuckle, by about half way through I was skipping through (so if the funny was in the second half I could well have skipped it).

was it the only entry in the competition? cause yeah, I didn't really even crack a smile

I've only watched exactly 6.07 seconds/frames of this video and already I can tell this is professional quality work, so I'll just throw that out there before I get opinionated once I understand what this is about.

Ok well I've watched a few more seconds, and I can say hands down that technically this is better quality work than most of what I see on Channel 10, like "real stories" or something done in a similar style - this is much better, props to the DOP.

Quality is awesome. Unfortunately a lot of people wouldn't really appreciate the camera work as the effects are more subliminal. The timing in it is great. It's a really simple idea that they've pulled off quite well. The jokes are funny and delivered perfectly.

It's definitely a certain style of humour and fair enough if not everyone gets it.

HAHA watching it again... so good. Just the idea of "Psycho the Musical" is great. And the line where they sing, "Mother isn't herself today," haha that is so funny.

People who don't find this funny prolly don't think the UK version of The Office is funny either. Most of the jokes were subtle which was cool.

I thought it was pretty cool, made me chuckle in a few spots :)

no personal offence to your friends but that was about as funny as terminal cancer.

I actually enjoyed it.

I didn't LOL at all, but I sat through the entire video and was entertained.

Beats a fair bit of crap on TV these days.
