I created an account with paddy power and had a 50 euro bet on Aussies to win world cup at 10/1 (before the world cup started) and they 'matched' my bet with a free bet, so I had 50 euro on Viduka to score the first goal (13/2) against West Ham (on live now!!) and he scored a cracker of a header!!

Why did they match your bet with a free bet??

Was it some kind of promotion they were running? Is the idea to encourage the customers to bet on other sports?

Otherwise well done, a very nice win. I had some money on a league game once for 30 and over. payed like 10-1.

Does anyone know if tab sportsbet offer any free bets like this??
