Worst tumor I've ever seen (not biggest). Screw plastic surgery, the poor guy needs a replacement head. He looks like Jabba the Hutt.
I guess only in a slum like china, you'd get a circus heartless enough to ask tumor patients if they want to be an attraction.

Was he 31 or 13? He's so short and they talk about school bullying but his mum is grey and they say he's 31 at the start. Either way, he looks better with a shaved head.
