My little brother is in need of another chef for his restaurant. It's a full-time position in a contemporary Australian/Italian restuarant. He's got some great staff there and he's not a bad manager either, having worked in every conceivable role from dishie upwards.

im just finishing up my chef apprenticeship threw them. theyll be able to find you staff etc. there is a shortage of nrthside workplaces on there job lists as far as i know to.
