MSY has better prices and better after sales support than Umart.. and I used to be a Umart fanboi until I saw the light.

lucky MSY is a computer store and not a web design company then ? What kind of statement is that ? I am just saying it doesn't instil confidence, nor make finding / ordering (canyou?) stuff easy.. I thought umarts site was ugly |

lucky MSY is a computer store and not a web design company then ? 1. I've seen 12 year olds with better html skills 2. As a marketing aid for selling computer related stuff one can only assume their efforts for advertising their products online reflects their customer service, business processes and professionalism. |

Don't get me wrong, I hate umart more than the average person, but I just don't see these people as a valid competition because of:

While their website is rather s*** I think their location is good, at least for me.
Easy parking is the main attraction. |

MSY are less than a 2min drive from where I live and for small purchases, I buy from them.
If I need a new mouse or a spindle of DvDs their comparable prices and close location make a convenient stop and go store. But I still get my bulk orders from Umart, it's just so much easier to plan a pc out and order it with Umart's website. Like it's been said in this and previous MSY threads, their site is just such an appalling poor quality webpage, they'll never be taken seriously like the umart is. |
