My work (Stones Corner Hotel) does it on wednesday nights from 8, plus for getting up you get a jug of beer.

the MF bar used to do open hip hop mic nights on wednesdays. u kinda need to know ppl to get up though and u get a bit of scum hangin around cause its free and its wednesday..
