Basically each episode is about rich spoilt little fifteen year olds having parents who will spend rediclous amounts of money on 16th birthday parties.
Was staying with someone over the weekend and there were a few back to back episodes airing.

One girl had a budget of 300k for her party. This included:
: Being flown with her father and best friend to paris for the day, with a personal shopper to help her find her 'perfect pink princess barbie dress'.
: An audition of friends for models for a pre party fashion show.
: A pre party fashion show so people knew what was acceptable atire for her party.
: A party with over 750 kids.
: Five different outfit changes on the evening.
: Hip hop coreographers to teach her a dance and perform it with her on stage.
: ETC ETC ETC ETC ETC.
