Hehe no seriously most audio software can change pitch and stuff, it's not a matter of hitting a button and having it automagically happen, you usually have to adjust sliders and stuff in the effects section to get it working just right for your voice

You could probably google a tutorial for most software. Try sony software it seems pretty simple to use.

The pitch shifter plugin in Protools does this easily and also has time expansion/compression + gain makeup options which are great.

I've used it a few times to make the classic 'I have your daughter & want a million dollars' style randsom voice.

my old sblive card had that stuff built into liveware. It could make you sound like a girl or a guy or a robot, like you were underwater all sorts of s***.

Are you looking for on-the-fly conversion so you can fool some cs players into thinking you're a girl or you trying to alter a wav file?

If you're trying to alter a wav file try Audacity and one of the multitude of plugins you can get for it, I also believe it can use VST plugins with it.

Hell, even winamp has a plugin that'll make a wav file sound higher/deeper in pitch
