Yeah, I'd reckon a month or two. Friend of mine built a potato cannon once that had a faulty firing chamber. Burned his eyebrows off when he tried to fire it. Took him about that long to grow them back, if I recall.

As for eyebrow hair, I'd wager it's one of those things that varies from person to person. Another thing to remember is that while you may regrow most of the hair in a month, it's going to look wierd for a while because all the hair will be roughly the same length etc. It could be 2 or 3 months before your eyebrows look natural again :P
