Hi all,

Just wondering if anyone knows where to buy / get clear acrylic in Brisbane which is open on Saturday? Basically need around 5 - 10mm thick about 40-60cm * 20-40cm. Any suggestions of places greatly appreciated, Ive just heard its hard stuff to find and really need to get some for tomorrow.

i have some leftover from some building we did. ill find out tomorrow if we still need it. most likley not.

otherwise the place we got it from was down the coast off the M1 i think, forgot the name.

I think I saw some perspex in mitre10 or bunnings *MAYBE*.

bunnings does not have the goods, i've tried before.

Last time I needed clear acrylic or perspex I found it at the mitre 10 in Mt Gravatt

I bought perspex from Mitre 10 in the past.

i got some from crazy clarks a while back. cheap as chips! :):P

i got some sheets 4mm thick from a plastic sign maker in the brendale industrial estate... dunno if he does sheets as thick as 10mm but you could give him a ring.

but it was way more exxy than i expected... they had all sizes though.

man there are so many plastic suppliers around, just hit up the yellow pages dude.
