Just got back from the advanced screening. All in all it was alot better than i expected with lots of piss funny moments, Up there with shaun of the dead imo.

No but i watched this sorry lame excuse of a movie called "the hitcher".

The Hitcher is yet another s***ty remake. At least the original had Rutger Hauer.

Hot fuzz was awesome, heaps better than SOTD.

i was coughing my guts up right through hot fuzz.. so it was okay i guess, probably wouldve enjoyed it more if i wasnt paying so much attention on coughing quitely or at loud poibnts

Hot Fuzz was awesome, I absolutely loved it. Though I seemed to be one of the only people in the cinema pissing myself laughing when that reporter guy gets the bit of the church dropped on his head. I'm not sure what that says about me, but man I found that bit funny.

To put this in perspective.

Khel likes Buba Hoptep (and I suspect that despite claims of heterosexuality he owns a copy of Cat in the Hat on DVD).

Bah, been meaning to see that movie, er Buba Hotep that is. Bruce Campbell, nuff said.

And Khel, you're not alone, I had gut cramps from laughing at that death and then again laughing at the look on the florists face when she cops the sheers.

But the old person shoot out at the end is what sealed it for me. This movie is up there as one of the funniest movies I've ever seen.
