I've got the choice between Bayern v Real, Man U v Lille or Arsenal v PSV at the moment. Gone the Man U choice, the first game was too good to miss the second one.
On a side note, had hundreds of PSV fans getting drunk and singing songs from about midday today right near my work in Covent Garden. Crazy Dutch bastards, they are going to be smashed by the end of the game... |

It's hot, but they are making it harder each year. Scoring is becoming more difficult and the free kicks are near on impossible now. But yes, it's still one of the best series of games ever.
I think there is a Champions League title coming out later this month. Not sure if it's on 360, or whether it will suck like the World Cup versions they have brought out from time to time, but could be good. |

in Fifa07 just aim over the middle of the wall with about 25% power and as much top-spin as possible = goal every time :D
in other news... GO MAN UTD! |

In 07 on the xbox you don't get to decide the amount of spin you put on the ball, you just choose between a power shot (straight) or a finesse shot (which curls depending on the curl stat of the player taking it).
I haven't really found a team I liked on the 360 version yet. Since 03 I have been playing as nobody but real madrid due to the zidane/ronaldo combination that simply owns. This year the midfield for real madrid in the game is s***. FFS... guti is the best central midfielder for madrid in 07 :/ I need to find a team with my new zidane/ronaldo combination :/ |

Nah fifa is better. lol, wrong :) the Bayern/Madrid game would have been a cracker if RM had a coach that fielded even a semi-plausible lineup. last edited by Lunch at 20:15:39 10/Mar/07 |

fifa is the noobed down version of pro evo. u get a lot less control, it is easy to just run the whole field with 1 guy and score, and generally it just doesn't feel like a game. pro evo games are very similar to real games, and have narrow close scores. i remember playing fifa back in the day and easily scoring 12 goals in about 10 minutes

I am king at fifa 07! (ps2) I challenge anyone! Villarreal for the win with 4-1-2-1-2 formation suits my counter attacking style play
me and 3 mates have weekly tournaments on fifa07, huge battles. at least once or twice a week we get together and set up a tournament, 2 groups of 4 with us all in the same group.. the two who get knocked out in the group stage use the computer teams to try and knock out the qualified two.. mammoth games. so much fun. one of the four guys is chad gibson former roar captain, too much fifa probably got him dumped from the team! hah, jokes. been playing a bit of pro evo 6 aswell, brilliant game.. so much harder to score and i have to agree it is much less predictable than the ea sports fifa games.. If the Fifa games had the licences from FIFA i would take pro evo any day over the fifa games, but due to that reason i will always stick to fifa07 etc as my choice. |
