Does anyone have one of these? I got one to hook the Wii up to the net because I didn't want to buy a wireless router but so far it's been pretty close to useless.
I can get it working properly when I install the provided software, but this causes all shared drives and file/printer sharing on the network to become inaccessible by me and no one on the network can access my files either. If I re-setup the network to get these going again the usb connector decides not to work unless i uninstall and reinstall the software. Is there any way to get file sharing and wii internet working happily together with this thing or should i just throw it in the bin and get a wireless router? |

Sorry mate... I run a wireless router (all locked down by MAC address with 128b WEP & not transmitting the SSID) & it handles the computers, Wii & VoIP without any problems...
