While we're on the topic of video conversion, what's the best way to turn .RM or .RAM (Real Media files) into AVI?

Also, apart from Nero, what programs do people out there use to convert various video files to DVD? I use Nero version 6 and 7, but quite often the sound goes out of sync after a while (usually about 15 seconds out, which can get rather annoying after a while).

ulead video studio, I got it with various bits of hardware.
Also I think that means it's VBR audio, demux it, re-encode the audio in CBR and remux/convert to dvd. (I think) |

I use Nero Vision Express to make DVDs. You can set up a back ground (animated or still) and menus etc for the DVD and handles encoding and burning. All it needs is some sort of subtitle support.
