Actually, I remember something like this years ago.
Went round to a friends house after school one day an saw the outside of the house an thought, holy crap, what a s***hole. Completely changed my perception after walking inside as the interior was immaculately decorated. Turns out they were restoring/rebuilduing it from the inside out |

We lived in a house that had a granny flat out teh back once..
Came complete with granny named "Myrtle" Was scary: Toilet was downstairs outside of house next to laundry an she'd ambush you after she heard you come down stairs an chat forever... Ended up being a game we played to lock each other out of the house an trap em with her. Occasionally we'd use the old 199 phone trick (before every man an there dog had mobiles) to make the phone ring just so you could get away |
