I can't say I support this concept.

U could sponsor a child in africa for a year for the money they used to buy that wii. Seriously.

maybe if they smashed something worthwhile like a bugatti veyron or something i'd be impressed. seriously who cares about smashing consoles, its like breaking a beer bottle. wow so hardcore.

I'm gonna make a site and call "Play my Wii", and I'll film myself buying a concole and playing it.

Smashing a PS3 is impressive due to the massive price tag etc, smashing a Wii is just smashing a cheap, overclocked gamecube.

It would be entertaining if they ruined the consoles in an interesting way. Inviting a crowd around and hammering the device is boring and unoriginal.
A better idea would be to open up the Wii / PS3 and smash the chips, close it up and repackage it. Then take it to a long line up and throw it into the crowd saying “Free console”, and film the ensuring violence.

LOL I thought this was a fantastic idea. But yeah the idea of smashing with a hammer wasn't flashy enough for me. Something with explosives or something would be more interesting.
