Hi guys,

The group of companies I work for has graciously allowed my dev team another 1-2 extra staff. I'll link to the seek advert once it's up tomorrow but basically you would need 1-2 years experience under unix and linux environments. We're talking ability to develop and extend build systems written in bash scripts and python, an in depth understanding of gnu make, in depth understanding of udev/dev population and other linux/bsd-specific things like that. I think you get the drift.

Pay would be at least 50k afaik.. I'm thinking I will push for higher than that. Don't be afraid if you don't have the experience, just as long as you can demonstrate the mad skills we require.

Just so you know, we develop pokies, jackpot systems and stuff like that for the gaming industry in the US, UK and Australia.

Email me at dafugg ~at~ gmail.com with a few words about experience and I'll see that you're looked at by a human instead of one of the resume scanning services :)

screw hacks, one of our test units at a talarius site in the uk payed out 500 pounds on the first day :)

[edit]

Ok guys, if anyone is interested here are the two positions. Please forgive the crappy formatting in one of them.. the guy who sent it into seek has a negative clue rating.

c developer
c/c++ developer
