Hi guys

I am trying to set up my bigpond email on my laptop but I've never had much luck getting it to work away from home. I have tried using the settings listed on the bigpond website but these never work. I tried changing the mail.bipond.com to mail.bigpond.net.au but that doesnt seem to work either.

I've had a bit of a search through Whirlpool and haven't had any luck narrowing down a thread to help me. Does anyone know the correct settings?

mail.bigpond.com is the incoming and outgoing address

you need to put in your username@bigpond.net.au as the username ( cable ) for it to work.

Ahh that's where I was going wrong, with the username.
