religious fenatics are stupid.
god encorages sex between married partners jesus drank wine with the deciples. i don't think calling in there religion with science would have achieved anything. considering they are ignoring part of there own religion. mind you. waht a f***ing wus. "it was hell" he has no idea what hell is like. |

The hebrew word for "wine" used in the bible means any juice from grapes, not necessarily alcoholic.

If you want to see these guys in full flight checkout God's Next Army and Jesus Camp. Both are awesome documentaries looking at the extremist end of Christian Evangelicals.

I would also highly recommend everyone watch Richard Dawkins documentary, "The root of all evil?", and/or read his latest book: "The god delusion". Both are brilliantly done.

Jesus Camp is pretty much about them indoctrinating very young children to be the next generation of evangelical preachers. The main women there hopes that one day they will be at the stage where they are training young children to die for christ "like they do in Islam" with their suicide training camps for kiddies and five year old fasting for a month. The intesting thing is the head of the camp is on record as dissing gays, and the week before this film opened in the US was caught smoking crack and sucking cock.
You will choke as you watch this (only a half joke). It is as bad as you may have heard, with kiddies bawling as they embrace the holly spirit and call for jesus to save them and the sinners who sit in their dead churches that christ doesn't visit. God's Next Army looks at the college that they all go to ("they" being fanatical evangelicals not these actual kids in particular), that is used to mold them to infiltrate congress and the whitehouse as aides to parliamentarians and shape laws that way, since they are all way too feaky and socially inept due to homeschooling and embracing their god a little too hard to get voted in to power by normal people, So they have to resort to this back door root (another half joke). |

Tried watching Jesus Camp but I couldn't make it all the way thru. Not because it's damn scary what they're doing but I just found it quite boring.
But yeah, those guys are absolute freaks and you can only hope that people like them don't start running the US one day. I'd rather have Bush than a jesus freak anyday. |
