like so many dmc vids... the speed & mixer skills are impressive... but the music sounds fukn crap!@#!! especially on this one where the speaker volume is so low you can hear the clackity-clack of the crossfader being whacked from side to side. :/

i do like how these guys like to throw a bit of comedy into the mix :D like that game soundtrack :P

xmas scratchin'

i persisted with both of those videos waiting for "the good bit" but it never came :( much like virtuoso guiatrists (eg malmstene), impressive technical skills, s*** music.

I'm with SquarkyD with this one.

I was like, yeh quick hands, but 30seconds in I was wishing he'd stop f***ing about and just let one of the records play normally

He's pretty good but not world champ stuff with that.

The thing to be a good DJ is have the skills but put music compilation together so it doesn't sound, ummm crappy.

To my surprise very few DJ's have done this with maybe the exception of DJ Noise and DJ Craze. Obviously there will be others that I can't think of right now.

the best ever scratchin i ever heard was mix master mike on jjj back in the late 90s

he played this set that totally blew me away, had never heard anything like it

ive always wanted to find that set, but never could :(

edit: awesome gear gaz, i used to muck around on decks way back in the day, but learnt early i have zero skillz (surprisingly i also couldnt make any good sounds out of a 303 groovebox either)
