That 17pc story needs to be backed up with some figures and put out there in the mainstream. Assuming what it's saying is totally above board.

harvey norman would let you get one 18 months interest free. Tell'm you'll pay it off in 12 monthly installments once the brat pops out, they'll be fine.

We signed a contract selling our lovley home of 16 yrs on Saturday. We got the dream customers too, just immigrated from UK, cashed up and paying a cash contract on the place. Just got to find a place to live now for the next year while our new home is being built. Bargain as well was my sister in law is the agent doing the contract and she aint taking her commission, that's 12k in my pocket right there.

Srsly though what kind of f***ing idiot has a baby to make $4k?

$450 000 (cost of raising 2 children)
- $8 000 (baby bonus x2)
--------
$442 000

WOW! You're only $442 000 out of pocket! f***ing idiots. Sure the baby bonus is a great helping hand to those who are going to have a child anyway, but those having children just to get the baby bonus, well, should not be allowed to breed.

realestate.com.au link?

I looked at a few places in bellbowrie ( where I think you are? ) almost put down a contract for one for $389k but someone beat me to it ... kinda glad I didn't now ( not because of the interest rates rise, decided to stay and renovate where i am).

We got $480,000 cash for ours and with the sister in law not taking her cut it works out to arround the $493,000...so we are very happy with that.

Here is our old girl, I'm going to miss this house its been a blast to live in all these years.

Yes indeedy it was/is an awesome place to chill with friends and enjoy our great climate ect.. And yes there are a few reds in there but we are dwindling them down. We went to the Yarra few months back and bought a fair few reds we have to get to work on. One of my biggest 'finds' at the Yarra was a Fortifed Shiraz, never had anything like it before and god is it gorgeous! :)

Alas the yard maintenance is the main reason we are selling, I can't look after the trees and lawn anymore...but my drinking arm is fine!

hic.
