A customer at work was asking me if we had this and I was like, WTF? Never heard of it before but I'll grab it now and check it out. Also the latest ep of Dexter was very cool indeed.

You get customers asking for DVD Boxsets for shows that haven't even aired in Australia yet? That has to suck..

30 rock was s***

studio 60 is way better

With this potentially cancelled it may actually be good, but i thought i'd only watch one tv-show-about-a-tv-show this time around since it became hard to distinguish between Invasion and Surface last year (and i ended up picking the wrong one), but i must say this will have to be absof***fantastic to even hold a slight hope against Studio 60.

If you go in thinking S60 will be s***, you'll love it. Just remember that it's a drama about a comedy.

Studio 60 is awesome, it's a pity more yanks don't watch it to increase its ratings and therefore its chance for survival. Haven't had a chance to check out 30 rock yet but I couldn't imagine it being as good or better than S60.

Hmmm. I grabbed the first four eps of 30 Rock but I don't think I'm gonna be able to get into it. Just seems too corny although Alec Baldwin is good in it.

I'll give Studio 60 a go instead.

Studio 60 is good, but suffers from a couple of things:

- People want it to be like The West Wing, which it's not (it's closer to the much snappier (and much better IMHO) Sports Night

- Too much Perry/Paulson crap

- The sketch humour is worse than SNL, and that's saying something. They should leave it out (Sports Night never showed the show)

- Amanda Peet should worry about more than just this show

- Not enough Stephen Weber snarkiness


That said, the episode that aired on Monday was an improvement.

30 Rock is l33t but unfortunately despite the presence of Alec "the best actor in the world" Baldwin I have to admit it'll probably get the chop quite soon

Studio 60 greenlit for full season. 30 rock maybe not.

Seems Studio 60 has got the go-ahead because it has the "highest concentration of viewers with a household income of more than $75,000 of any show on television".

Grabbed all the eps so far of Studio 60 and I reckon it's a pretty cool show. Just a pity Alec Baldwin isn't in this instead of 30 Rock. Damn him to hell!!

Yeah, after watching 7 eps of it it did turn out to be a funny show. Alec Baldwin is the best thing about it though. f***ing damn cool character.
