sup
any way to tear apart an msi on windows nt ? I have a remote site that I need to install an msi onto, and its only really available in .msi... Any other way ? |

Does the box have msiexec.exe on it ?
I have this vague memory that there's MSI tools you can install for older Windowses, but I'm not sure. If you have msiexec.exe though you should be able to do msiexec /a [filename] and extract it out. |

Can I hope it over from here ? XP -_> NT ? It's a slow connection @ a remote site so i would rather copy a kilobyte exe than the 40mb installer again |
