Israeli soldiers disguised as Palestinians drive past a cafe and open fire, injuring three kids in the process.

I read this and think that it has to be classed as an act of terrorism. However, they have the backing of the west, so it is not portrayed in this manner. No mention of terrorism or even anything bad by these actions. However, if this were done by Palestinians, it would be labelled as 2st degree terrorism. (1st degree being blowing themselves up. They hate this more because of all the virgins they get in heaven.)

Further down it goes onto talk about another death:

The army confirmed that soldiers shot a Palestinian standing on a rooftop, saying he had apparently been holding a weapon at the time. An army spokesman said that in retrospect, it appears that the man was holding a flashlight.

What's the big deal here? In the dark, from 30 meters away, you see someone carrying a flashlight? Of course it's going to look like a potential weapon.

And now here's the kicker:

The Israeli team were targetting known terrosists. Compare that to the scum who usually target Israeli civillians.

I'll choose to believe Haaretz and The Jerusalem Post over any other paper withing seeing evidence that contradicts a story, thanks.

The only other place I can find carrying this story is the reputable north korea times - and amazingly they have the exact same url format as the "australia herald"
