also save $16 and don't get a floppy drive, because I don't use one and this makes you cool by association

Wouldn't bother with a CDROM, it's not that much more to upgrade it to a burner.
Oh and I second what Hashy said, don't skimp on the psu.

All i can say is that you've chosen some weird parts for a htpc.
