Yup, bring back all the *quests, redone to bring them to todays standard, remove any though of making them stupid point and click and retain the typed commands. Half the fun and frustration was working out the correct words to use for the puzzle..

Leasure suit larries, the first 3. They started to get a bit meh after that in my opinion.

And cant forget the Monkey Island series and also Day of the Tenticle.

The Golden days of gaming, ahh the memories.

Yes I sure would like a remake of the 5 Heroes quest games where everyone of them from number 2 on "actually f***ing worked and didn't have a fatal error near the end of the game" ... damn you sierra you kept hitting me and I kept comming back for your sweet sweet candy *Cries self to sleep*.

P.S apart from 1 and 3 (arguably the best two) I never got to see the end of the other three due to crashes that were impossible to get around in key locations :/

I thought no 4 was the best...the last 10% of the game was awesome.

Yeah it was a great game except when you get to the part where you dial  AVOOZAL  into the stone in the swamp it would always crash with a critical error not allowing me to progress any further.
Also in 5 when you go to enter hades it would do the same thing, very annoying to say the least when you have played through most of the game only to hit a brick wall in the form of a crash.

The same happened in number two when you go to break into the harem of the evil shieks palace... I still see these moments clearly as they have permanently left mental scars that no amount of porn and cheap whiskey can dim.

number 2 was a breeze. finished those as theif fighter and mage no problem. took a bit of time but no errors.

hq1 was the one i just started to get into then the same part of the map (which was critical area asked for disk 4.

anyhoo.
im even after the original if anyone knows of a secret place to get it.

nb. i know the rules round here but a game thats 15 20 years old like hq1. i think it becomes freeware doesnt it.

There's a statue of limitations on games? I don't think so pal.

Although some companies do release their older games for free, so it's possible.
