Anyone know anyone who got one of these? I know someone who was named in today's list (we knew ages ago) and the reasons for it are laughable.

They seem to give them away to anyone. In saying that, does it actually mean anything to anyone (other than the recipient)?

Up until now I thought it meant something but the person I know got it for being the manager of a credit union......

So I wondered if other people thought it was something 'super' special as well.

It's hard to believe someone received it just for being the manager of a credit union - surely there's more to it than that? I skimmed though a couple of the previous recipients on that site you linked before and there certainly seemed to be more to it than simply holding a position.
