Do these exist anymore? I had a real hankering for some this morning but I couldn't find them anywhere, and arnotts website only lists original, salt and vinegar and barbeque as flavours :(

if you're desperate for them, check out at the confectionary warehouse out at hendra. give them a phone call and ask! :)

Tom's Confectionary Warehouse Website

they're great at easter for cheap eggs and stuff. Just make sure you check the used-by dates on all purchased products. I bought some Austin Powers: Mojo Munchies from there, and they were 8 months past due date. Most things are still in date though! :)

^ I think it's pretty safe to say that any packets of Smiths Tomato flavoured chips will be long past their use by date.
I used to work at Smiths chips for a while back in 1996 and they didn't make em then either ;)

$16 an hour to stand around packing packets of chips into cartons would have to have been the easiest cash I have ever made (absolutely f***ing mind numbing though).

Hey we have the same taste in chips, can i have your babies ?

Anywhom, I've been trying to get a casual job there lately but they keep giving me the "your resume will be kept on file for the next 3 months" jazz. If that was truely the case then they have 7 resumes of mine on their file.

Yeah pretty much
Booyah, when I worked there, all of their hiring was through Drake Industrial and almost noone was hired off the street who applied by themselves.

i used to work at smiths, i used to get bags and bags of free chips on wednesdays, f*** yeah.

they only go through drake these days if they need quick on call casuals, but otherwises its off the street through applications.

i got paid nearly $21 an hour, night shift tho. Most boring job ever, people you worked with bastards and boring as f***.

saved a good $10,000 just from working there so meh :D

hey suhaib, is that the one at tingalpa?

i work near a chip factory that's there (think its smiths) and the smells that come from there almost compete with the smell from the XXXX brewery across the road...

I'm willing to take my beanie off to you Tung. That's quite an effort there, something that any of us would be proud of.
