as much as i love kochie and the family and waking up with friends, surely youd be very very wary of anyone that has anything to do with chasers war on everything coming on your show... let alone a live broadcast one.

They had a segment on Viral advertising this morning with Mel, Kochie and some random. Kochie confirmed it was a setup and was never aired.

I think he's lying. It was confirmed elsewhere that it was not aired. The reason used was the time on the screen. At that time they'd probably be doing the weather I think it was.

Their reactions are pretty legitimate... I don't have enough respect for them to think that they are that good at acting.

I've never seen their show but do they have an audience... especially one that would be cheering and laughing at those points. I saw that bit on the chaser and it sounded like this clip was straight from their show with their audience.

You dumbf***, that is the audio from the studio on the chaser show still going. Do you think they had a crowd standing around the road reading the sign and then all laughing at the same time....damn!

Ah somebody beat me to it, but I'm glad somebody picked up on the stupidity of saying the laughter came from the sunrise room.

When I said it wasn't aired. It wasn't aired on sunrise. The story I heard was this:
Chris was on Sunrise for whatever reason. (When they were introducing this segment on the War they said he's on every Friday to promote the show. I can't think why channel 7 would promote an ABC show. Confirm or deny spook or any other regular watcher?) In a non-live segment he asked if he could do a skit of some sort or relay a message to his wife. The video is what happened. I doubt he would've told Mel and Koshie what he was going to do. So their recations at least would be legitemate. If he had told them it would've ruined the hilarity of the bit.

Like I said though, I'm cynical about Chris even being on Channel 7 and he could've just been put there via green screen. They've done that before in other segments.

I don't even know why this is relevant news. This happened on the War months ago.

why sunrise would 'promote' chasers is because they have been at war with kochie from years ago. they always bag the s*** out of him. search google for 'chaser kochie' and youll see.
