I've done this occasionally when I miss the train at Flinders Street - pissbolt to Parlaiment station. Can't do it carrying a bag or if a phone is going to fall off my waist though.

if you got off at boondall, you could bike it straight down the road to north boondall, it is a straight stretch of road, i live at the boondall end, i can see north boondall station from my house
