this has been our for quite a while, they're up to episode 7 at the moment and it's funny as f***, basically rick gervais, steve merchant and karl pilkington sit around talking s*** for 20 minutes. It's well worth the download if you're into the office or extras.

the official lost podcast is pretty good too.
