Everything from a doctor shortage created by the doctors to get a pay rise, to the mentality that for a sporting to be good they have to win everything and there is a whole generation of couch potatos that live vicariously through those teams, as if the team winning gives their lives meaning.

I only ever read the Australian paper and don't tend to come across these stories. And I couldn't be bothered going through news.com.au to come across "just for interest" stories...so it's good that Tanaka Khan does it for me ;).

if you try really hard and ignore some basic common knowlage (spelling?), you can link any type of murder or crime to any form of entertainment or cultural event no matter how big or small. it was inevitable that porn would eventualy be blamed for a vicious rape or murder.
