So who here watches these shows?

I've seen every ep of Veronica Mars so far and think it's a damn awesome show and up until yesterday I hadn't seen The OC. So after sitting thru the first 8 eps I can safely say I'm hooked on this show as well. Both shows have a similar feeling about them although Veronica Mars has a greater comedic element going on.

Anyway, I'm hanging to see the rest of season 1 of The OC and also the next couple as well. Two very cool shows and much better than most of the rubbish that's shown on tv.

OC season 1 was really addictive, season 2 not so good.

Watched like 1 or 2 eps of Veronica and thought it was crap.

Its finally happened...Rev has turned gay.

Rev - I watch both shows and as stez saod OC s1 rocked, s2 was still good but not the same, s3 is going ok so far...

I'm one bar thingy away from reaching level 22. Finished all the quests in Auberdine except for the one where you have to go to the underground caves near the coast and collect 8 brain stems from some creatures. That is f***ing hard to do by yourself so I'm gonna wait till I'm at least 2 more levels up before I attempt that unless I find a group heading down that way and tag along.

Having an awesome time playing it anyway without knowing anyone on the realm I'm in.

I watch the OC never got into veronica mars. DO NOT watch season 3 of the OC, it is s***e and ruins the vibe of the show, its about half way through the season and its slowly getting better but has nothing on the first season. Season 2 is good, but also has nothing on the first.

Get the first season of The OC and also get the first season of One Tree Hill... its scary how similar the two are.

OC season 1 was surprisingly good, season 2 fell back into the line expected of that show - utter crap.

Yeah I really enjoyed season one of The O.C but season 2 really lacked everything. I gave Veronica Mars a shot too but I missed an episode and that really stuffs me up.

Currently I'm still enjoying season 2 of Lost though, I think we're finally getting somewhere with that show.

OC is just 90210 but with more product placement. While i don't watch VM, i do listen to it, and the story line and characters in VM is far more interesting than The OC (which i watch the majority of).

The OC:

Something bad happens (a crime, a challenge, alcohol/drug issue). Find some way to hold a party or go see some new band that MTV is pushing that week.

VM:

way more complicated and interesting than above.

Sure the OC people are pretty. But most of the characters are all very shallow.

I think if there were more hot chickies in VM you wouldn't even consider OC in its league.

Season 1 of The OC rocked and each season thereafter has just gotten worse. I think it would probably be for the best if they just culled The OC after this season to save us from watching anymore of the crap they are now producing :( which is a shame because it used to be awesome in season 1.

Veronica Mars is also a good show. The only thing I don't like is the flashbacks where everybody except the most resilient of characters look like crap. Especiall veronica she changes far far too much in flashbacks. Sometimes I can hardly tell it's her.

Season 3 is pretty good although there are some really stupid bits. Ryan's hair has gradually got a huge part in it since season 1. zomg

The OC is awesome - I love it!! :). I haven't missed an episode yet. I can't wait for the season return.

Veronica Mars - I've only watched it a couple of times but it seems alright. I have to admit that it caught my eye but it hasn't really maintained my attention to the point of having to watch it every time that it's on. It's not bad though.

Not that I remember. I only watched the show for the first time the other day so I never knew what it was like. I do remember there was a thread about it a long time ago but I never joined in.

The OC is nothing more than Neighbours with a bigger budget and prettier people. That is, s***.

I haven't really seen Veronica Mars. But the chick that plays her was awesome in that Reefer Madness musical/movie.

But Neighbours is complete rubbish. This show is actually funny and good to watch and the characters are all pretty cool. Come to think of it, all Australian soaps/dramas are complete ass. Except for Rafferty's Rules but that's not on anymore.

Just finished watching season 1 of The OC and I must say it's a damn awesome show and can't wait to get into season 2. And that won't be long because I've got season 2 here on DVD.
