I read the replies to all the other times this question was asked.

No one has been able to find a place to have it, insurance, and the other costs associated with running it. Therefore it is on hold until someone takes the time out to find it all out and organise it

I no longer have uni hanging over my head so after the holiday period I'll be trying to spend more time resolving a) and b).
