Price isn't so much of an issue within not going completely spastic (ie DDR2 4G (2x2048MB) 533Mhz Dual Channel Kit OCZ Gold Edition). If I'm just playing games, no crazy graphics programs or anything etc and just wanna not have to upgrade for a while, what would be a good bet. How much difference does the various high end clocked rams make a difference if you're not using really intensive, idunno photoshopping or something :p, sorta stuff?
So yeah, what's the tits? |

Doing some research there's not a big diff between the low speed, high latency (bad) ram and the high speed, low latency (good) ram. So I suggest just choose a good brand cause they usually have decent warranties and go for what looks a compromise between capacity speed and price.
I'm looking at RAM 1 RAM 2 and 2 x RAM 3 2GB helps Battlefield 2 and will surely help future games. Good luck. |
