Ok I was testing a CPU for someone and my PC beeped out Long short long does that mean dead cpu?

well the borad works fine now so I guess the system board error was that the CPU is dead :)

Depending on your bios maker the codes can change
If CPU is dead you usualy wont get any beep codes at all |
