Yes Diablo., My flatmate and i are starting to play it again. Basically have a question (if anyone can remember)
With a mutliplayer game, how do you party? I know automatically you have the option of player attack or not. That helps because you dont hit them with your weapon. BUt if you are a sorcerer and you use a spell you hit your partner. Is there an option like D2 where you can partner up so spells dont hurt you? (and yes we are both running 1.09) |

It's been ages since I played d1 but there definately is a way to party. I think it's in the menu somewhere. I'm also pretty sure that you can only party with up to 4 people (not that it matters if it's just you and a mate).
Diablo 1 was cool. I miss my ubertwinked warrior. |

Down the bottom right there is an icon to hit "player attack" you can turn that on or off. BUt thats just if weapons hit you.
But being a sorcerer my spells are hitting him in tight areas and we need to party so it wont happen |

Try using a wizard how they are meant to be used ... walk in, blow the s*** out of the enemy, step back and let the fighter finish off the straglers.
Avoiding friendly fire in most games isn't rocket science. Just avoid putting yourselves in situations where your spells are goona anihilate your mate. |

Avoiding friendly fire in most games isn't rocket science. Where is the fun in that? You gota nuke your buddy otherwise it isnt co-op. A quick 'sorry' and then do it again. Also steal the good lewt when you kill him with a well placed fireball of armagoodness |
