I've emailed this to all clan leaders but I'm not sure they all got it so I'm doubling my chances by posting here :)
========================

To all clan leaders (if you're not please pass this on);

There are at least 11 CTF playing clans. -7-, j0r, MAX, GZI, LOA, WHC, ODE,
TAKO, FOC, MCN, TSM. Easily enough for an online CTF league. It has been
discussed with enthusiasm many times, so lets get on with it.

As a first step to organising a Q3 CTF league and eventually online comp,
the Q3 CTF playing clans should form a league committee. I suggest that each
clan supply one member, who may or may not be clan leader, but should have
the backing of his clan for voting on issues. Could you please choose reps
and have them contact me at
subarashii@bigfoot.com . In the meantime I will try to arrange a web forum
for the committee and notify reps when they contact me.

Being able to make an organised approach to the server admins of Telstra and
Optus in order to obtain access to a server(s) for an online competition
league will be our best chance. An online league will be unsuccessful
without full access to a quality server. QGL have done a fabulous job in the
past supplying servers, but their resources are rather limited for running
such a comp.

At this time I am only doing the organising until we can get a committee
setup, tho I am willing to donate a fair bit of time, this must be setup
with all clans having an equal partnership. However, at this stage a central
contact is needed and I'm volunteering for that. (ie. I am not currently
representing, nor doing this on behalf of, LOA. )
==================

I can't do it on my own, I need a few enthusiastic clan reps to help.

My biggest concern is how many players are needed. I'll try and see how many CFX can round up online, but it may not be more than 5. It may even be as low as 4.

As far as clan reps go, we're all pretty busy, but I am always on ICQ (and always on these boards as it would seem. :-P ) so ICQ me on 46044319 and I'll let you know if any of the others volunteer for it (if not, I'll be it I guess. :)

Saint, I emailed Limpz as I already had his details, no disrespect to you. He said you guys would probably compete as 'BAM'. Can you get in touch with him and the rest of your guys and decide who will be your rep.

Cerb, it will be up to the committee to decide the format of the comp, size of teams etc. Perhaps we/they can even help with recruiting of new members.
